Custom Interiors
Designed in Deep Wine,
Engineered for Modern Living

JTS Interiors is a Canadian studio that pairs considered interior design with integrated computer systems, so every room feels calm and performs flawlessly. We guide you from the first consultation to the final finish, blending warm wine tones with precise technology. The result is a space that is both beautiful and quietly intelligent. We work across Ontario and throughout Canada, from heritage renovations to new-build homes, offices, and hospitality spaces.

About the Studio

A Studio for Rooms That Think

Founded in Oshawa, Ontario, Jts Custom Interiors Limited brings two disciplines under one roof: interior design and computer integrated systems design. Our designers, architects, and systems engineers work as a single studio, which means your interior and its technology are planned together from the very first sketch.

Most rooms fail because their systems are added after the design is finished. Cables run in visible lines, controls pile up on every wall, and the calm of the space quietly disappears. We reverse that order. Technology is drawn into the floor plan, the lighting, and the millwork before a single wall is framed.

This is the JTS difference: a wine-dark palette that makes a room feel warm and grounded, and a technical backbone that disappears into the walls. The finish is a home or a workplace that looks effortless and works without compromise.

Every project we take on is guided by four principles: consulting before design, design before build, build with care, and care long after handover. These principles shape our decisions at every scale, from a single guest room to a full commercial fit-out.

Beyond the finish, we care about how a room feels at every hour of the day. Light changes, sounds change, and so should a well-designed space. Our team thinks in scenes and seasons, planning the wine palette, the fixtures, and the automation so the room holds its calm from morning coffee to late-night reading.

You will also notice our commitment to documentation. Every project finishes with a complete record of what was installed, how it is configured, and how to operate it. That binder is part of the handover, and it stays useful for years.

Our Process

The Way We Work

Four finish rows guide every commission, from the first conversation to the final polish. Each step is deliberate, documented, and designed around the way you actually live and work.

Consulting

We begin by listening and observing. We walk through your space, understand your routines, and map the systems you already rely on. A clear brief, a realistic budget, and a shared vision come out of this first meeting. We review the numbers together, so there are no surprises later.

Site Audit

Design

The concept is developed on paper and in light. Every wall color, material, and fixture is chosen with the wine-dark palette in mind, while the integrated systems are drawn into the very same plans. You approve a complete design before any work begins on site. Every line on the drawings has a reason, and every reason is explained to you.

Concept

Build

Our builders and technicians work from a single set of drawings. Millwork, finishes, and the technology backbone are installed in one coordinated effort, so there are no surprises, no visible cables, and no avoidable delays. Quality is inspected at every stage, not just at the end.

Precision

Care

After handover we stay close. A documented handover, clear guidance, and ongoing support keep every finish and every system performing as it should. We treat your project as a relationship, not a transaction. Annual service visits and software updates keep everything current.

Lifetime
The Signature

Our Palette, Swatch by Swatch

Six tones define every JTS interior. Each color has a clear job, from the wine walls that anchor a room to the bronze details that catch the evening light.

Wall Deep burgundy that grounds walls and feature panels.
Trim A soft rose-mist for trim and secondary accents.
Fabric Warm neutral for upholstery and soft goods.
Floor Pale ivory for ceilings, floors, and light.
Metal Smoked charcoal for hardware and fixtures.
Stone Antique bronze for stone and metal detail.

Used together, these six tones keep a project feeling considered from the front door to the final throw pillow. They appear in every room we design and in every finish we specify.

Composition

The Mood Board

We keep a living mood board for every project, gathering fabric swatches, stone samples, and finish cards long before anything is ordered. That board becomes the shared language between the studio, the client, and the builders, so every decision points back to the same composition.

Each swatch in the strip below echoes a tone from our palette and a texture from a finished room. It is how we make sure the whole project feels like one calm and considered piece from the first meeting to the final reveal.

This practice is not decoration. It is the discipline that keeps a project true. When every material is chosen against the same board, the room reads as one piece rather than a collection of separate decisions made in a hurry.
